These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Betzo ("Betzo", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at betzo.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Betzo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify Betzo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal or upon reaching certain thresholds determined by the Operator's compliance framework, Betzo will require you to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and a proof of current residential address not older than three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
Only one Account per individual is permitted. If duplicate Accounts are identified, Betzo reserves the right to close all but one Account, void any associated Bonus Funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Intentional creation of duplicate Accounts to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses or exploit promotional offers constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
The Betzo platform may be used solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in jurisdictions where such use is not prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to access the Service securely. Betzo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity failures, network interruptions or device incompatibilities.
The official language of the Betzo platform and all communications, including these Terms, is English. Where support is provided in Urdu as a supplementary option, the English version of any documentation shall be the authoritative version in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
Pakistani Users — Legal Reminder: Users accessing Betzo from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related legislation. Betzo does not claim that its services are authorised, licensed or endorsed by any Pakistani government body, provincial authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or the State Bank of Pakistan. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Betzo reserves the right to apply a processing period of up to five (5) business days, in addition to any third-party payment processing times, before funds are credited to your designated account. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as a designated Account currency, all PKR figures displayed are provided for informational context. The Operator's platform may denominate accounts in one or more supported currencies, and exchange rates may apply.
